At Elecmaps.club, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
If the return is requested due to consumer’s personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong purchase, size mismatch, personal preference, etc.), the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact fee shall be based on the actual rate of the express company chosen by the consumer.
If the return is caused by our fault (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect/missing items, quality issues, significant misdescription, etc.), the consumer is NOT required to bear any return shipping fee, and all related return shipping costs shall be borne by us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Clearance or final sale items

Customized or special-order products

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us first.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellation requests within 【1】 days of order placement (whichever comes first: within the cancellation period or before order shipment).
Order processing timeline: We will process, prepare and arrange shipment of the order within 【3】 business days after the consumer places the order.
Cancellation Condition: Orders can be canceled successfully if the consumer submits a cancellation request before the order is actually shipped and within the valid cancellation period specified on our website.
